By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Rates and validity
Rates shown are in rupees per metric tonne (MT) and are valid for one month from the date shown on the Products section. We may change rates after that period or when material costs change. The rate confirmed on your call or bill applies to your order.
Quotes and the calculator
The calculator gives an estimate only. It excludes transport and GST. The final amount is confirmed by our sales team on the call.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed after we agree on material, quantity, rate and delivery location. Payment is made to the bank account shown on this website. Before you pay, please confirm the account details by calling our dispatch and billing number, and never pay to any account that was not confirmed by us.
Loading, weight and delivery
Material is weighed and billed at the plant. Delivery times depend on loading, vehicle availability, road and weather conditions and are estimates, not guarantees.
Quality and complaints
We grade our material to the sizes listed. If you have a complaint, call our complaints and suggestions number as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, and keep the bill and vehicle details ready.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, site conditions or the way material is used after delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Nawada, Bihar.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
